The entire experience from the initial call until the vehicle was returned was 5 star.Along with the quote, I was sent the link to see the interior of the vehicle which was helpful. They are open late which is great.The van was luxurious and the highlight of the trip.There was a snag but Chris and Jonathan availed themselves at all hours to assist and resolve the matter professionally. Will definitely return in the future.

I rented a 12 seater Mercedes sprinter for the day. I had a most wonderful experience. The personal were very helpful and courteous both the lady on the phone and the people in the office. Service was quick and efficient.The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The Sprinter was super comfortable. We rented to travel for Thanksgiving from New York to Georgia. It was a long ride but the seats were comfy and there was a smart tv. The process was great to start with the Agent named Jackie. Only missing a star because was unable to return vehicle due to a storm so was charged an additional 190 for an extra day that was out of our control. Almost drove in the snow storm to save from being charged. I live upstate and this was the only downside.
