Q. I’m renting for a non-profit, do I need to pay tax?
A. We require a ST119.1 form and once we have that and the method of payment is with the organization then there will be no sales tax charged
Q. Is there a deposit needed to rent?
A. Yes
Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. Yes you have up to 48hrs prior to the start of the rental to cancel at no charge. after that, there will be a one day cancellation fee

Q. Do you Deliver & Pickup the vehicles?
A. Yes, we offer delivery and pickup for a fee based on distance from our Queens location
Q. Do you offer unlimited miles?
A. We offer unlimited miles on 3 day rentals and above at rates of $15/day for the Ford Transit and $25/day for the Mercedes Sprinters
Q. Do you allow smoking?
A. No we do not allot smoking. If the vans come back having been smoked in there will be a fee up to $500
